Processing for books can take TWO weeks to receive tracking information during the holiday season. Once the label is created you will be notified with tracking information.
Please allow 5-7 business days for all other order to receive tracking information. leaving the warehouse for a total order-to-delivery time of 7-10 business days, but if you'd like to check on the status of your shipment, feel free to contact us and we'll be happy to help.
International Orders: We ship worldwide and charge shipping based on the country and province. Please be aware that additional customs charges may apply at the customers expense. We are not responsible for any additional cost customs may require for order and refunds will not be given.
AFTER the 7th business day, if you have NOT received TRACKING info, please email us at email@example.com so we can locate your order or reship it if it's not showing movement.
